Yes, the wind, rain and other elements have had their impacts -- rust on the metal parts, water stains all over the shade... but has the soul of this light been diminished? Certainly not in this antique collector/purveyor's mind!
"Patina," we call it, and consider it a plus.
Hanging 34 1/2 long (chain can easily be removed, only one link is required, at which point the hanging length would be about 2 feet); the fully enclosed glass globe, with its noteworthy parrots, is about 7 1/2 in diameter.
