I bought them at a European auction. They are in the same condition in which I purchased them. I was going to cover the seats because the fabric is frayed, but decided to sell, so I left them alone underneath. The frayed fabric appears to be a dark green velvet. As they are very old some of the age has caused the paint to wear, fabric on seats is worn and one chair has two small pieces missing on the caning - hard to tell and easy fix. Last two pics show these. Otherwise they are in good sound shape structurally. See less

One chair has a slight break in cane - as shown on last two pictures. I never noticed it but I’m sure an easy repair. Look to be original paint - blue/green. I love these chairs just changed my look. I put restored because the fabric has been replaced. less
