Charming pair of Louis XVI style gilt bronze end tables, depicting antique cherubs. A boy and a girl each carry a leafy vase with a removable bobèche surrounded by a garland of pearls. The cherubs are wrapped in a drape and seated on a fluted column trunk, highlighted with a pearl necklace. The whole rests on a circular ogee base decorated with acanthus leaves. These decorative objects combine elegance and refinement.
