Frederick was born on the Texas island of Galveston in 1925, and he attended the Franklin School of Professional Arts in New York. He returned to Texas where he worked and lived until his death. This painting is in very good vintage condition and comes framed in a lovely carved frame. Measures 33.25 inches tall x 23.75 inches. See less
