Wow! These are 1930's happy glasses. During the depression it was hard to sell specialty glassware, but if they were bright and brought joy to the new casual dining table, these fit the bill. How rare to find a vintage set of 8 juice glasses that look like they've never been used!
Anchor Hocking made these bright and shiny "Decoration 21" or what we now call "Banded Ring" glassware from 1927 - 1933. The clear set came out first, then they introduced the colorful set. I don't know, but I'd go with the colorful set with the money I had to spend on such things back then.
These juice glasses pair well with Fiesta Ware, or any color/clear/white table scape you have in mind. They will add a great pop of color to your breakfast table or take them on a picnic!
Please review the photos closely. You won't find a flaw. These are in perfect condition and seem to have never been used. Maybe their owner found them too precious to use them and just had them proudly on display.
