Set of tea cups & saucers in the famous Imari/Tischchenmuster pattern by Meissen (Germany, 19th century). Brightly hand painted stylized flowers spill across the fine porcelain. This pattern is based on the typical Japanese Imari patterns.
Cups: height: 7 cm/2.7’’
Saucers: diameter: 14 cm/5.5’’; height: 4 cm/1.6’’.
All cups and saucers are fully marked with the Meissen blue crossed swords mark (first quality mark, 19th century). Excellent original condition overall, no chips, no cracks. Minor wear commensurate with age.
