Fresh from a fine Connecticut estate, we have a pleasure to offer you this Superb RARE Vintage Carved Mahogany CONSOLE … Read more Fresh from a fine Connecticut estate, we have a pleasure to offer you this Superb RARE Vintage Carved Mahogany CONSOLE / SERVER Table made by Johan Tapp. Superb quality Adams style carved specimen, as is the case with all work of art furniture made by the Dutch designer. Demi-lune shape, standing on four high straight downward tapering legs, with carved scales at the bottom. Sideboard has a single drawer in the front, dovetailed beautifully, and with great secondary wood. Under the table is a branded signature "Johan Tapp", and also a serial number "276".Table is in very good condition, less then expected age / use wear (please see all photos). Great size for a house or an apartment at 51.5" widest point, 32.5" tall, and 19" deep. This can be used in any room in your home, a gem in any collection, traditional or mid-century modern! See less
