Executed on heavy watercolor art paper, initialed lower right. Ms. Barth (1920-2012) was a prolific midcentury painter hailing from the Philadelphia PA area, who studied art at the Fleisher Art Memorial program of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which is the oldest community-based art program in America.
