Designed and crafted in Stockholm, Sweden, by Material Lights founders and architect duo Nada El-Kateb and Toma Sova.
An architectural ode to light’s transformative power, the Comet lamp pairs hand-carved raw alabaster from Upper Egypt with a geometric walnut base crafted in Sweden. The alabaster’s marble-like veining glows warmly when lit, while the interlocking walnut sheets—inspired by vaulted truss domes—create a silent dialogue between ancient stone and modern aesthetic.

- Hand-carved alabaster - Raw (Raw alabaster appears muted until illuminated—revealing hidden topographies)
