A rich walnut, early American server, versatile for many different uses. The inside is neatly split in two layers for convenient storage. The top has been beautifully refinished. There are scratches at the base that gives hints of the almost 100 years of history this piece has seen. There is a crack about 6 inches below the top of each side, seen in pics. They are almost unnoticeable, and do not affect the function of the piece. This piece is so versatile, it could be used as an entertainment stand, an entryway console, a dining room server... it will elevate whichever room it lands in. A gorgeous piece of American furniture history.
