Large italian murano glass ceiling light from mazzega, 1970s. This piece is composed of a semi-transparent murano glass diffuser with an organic shape and a “frozen” style, which is attached by 4 brass nuts to a gold chromed and white lacquered metal structure. Very much in the style of the italian glass creations of la murrina, vistosi, novaresi milano, f. Fabbian and barovier & toso, and the german creations of hillebrand. Hollywood regency style, totally timeless.
for 2 e27 bulbs. Original electrical electrification revised. Small marks from the passage of time on the metal and brass, see photos. Crystal in perfect condition.
