Antique 19th Century American School New England Fall River Landscape, Framed. Fall New England riverscape with turning leaves. Housed in an intricate five layer period frame. The painting has been completely restored including wax adhesion to the original stretchers, professionally relined, archival acrylic backing to prevent punctures to canvas, and cleaning of the original canvas. Orginal 19th century Frost and Adams tag is encased in a protective cover en verso. In good condition with wear consistent with age. Craquelure is present on the canvas.
