This beautiful … Read more Vintage Persian Bakhtiari tribal area rug, meticulously hand-knotted in the 1st half of the 1900s in Western Persia. This beautiful rug features a classic medallion pattern, anchored by a striking white central medallion adorned with its own intricate and colorful designs. The medallion is dramatically set against a rich navy blue color field, providing a sophisticated backdrop. The corners of the field are punctuated by warm rust red spandrels, adding depth and visual interest.  The entire composition is elegantly framed by a crisp white color border, creating a harmonious and striking contrast with the blue field.
