The overall design of the rug is very grand with a very unusual medallion design. The rug has a camel field color with corner spandrels in terracotta red and navy blue with floral designs in French blue, green, and brown. Truly a fantastic design pattern with a big central medallion in Navy blue, and terracotta red with green, and brown colors that covers a large section of the field. The border is navy blue with geometric forms similar to Kuba rugs from the Caucasus.
