Hand-knotted in the Malayer region during the first quarter of the 1900s, this long-format “gallery” or corridor rug is distinguished by its finely rendered allover Herati pattern.

Set against a rich navy blue field, the intricate Herati design is beautifully articulated with accent tones of French blue, saffron yellow, soft green, and red, creating depth, rhythm, and visual movement across the composition. The rug is framed by a striking red primary border adorned with geometric motifs, complemented by a refined triple border system featuring harmonious tones of blue and green.
