6’ 7” x 14’ 1” Beautiful and colorful Karabagh gallery (corridor) rug from the Caucasus region circa the 4th quarter of the 1800s. The Karabagh rug has an all over geometric pattern set in a beautiful abrash navy blue/French blue field with geometric designs in wonderful shades of blue, green, red, brown, pink, and yellow colors. The primary border is a beautiful rich chocolate brown color with geometric designs in red, blue, yellow, green, and blue colors. The rug gives you the sense of beauty and majesty of great estates that it was created for.
