Hand-knotted with rich, lustrous wool, this piece features a bold central medallion set against a vibrant red field, a hallmark of the coveted Serapi aesthetic.

What distinguishes this rug is its brilliant color palette—a dynamic combination of deep blues, soft pinks, rich greens, and saturated reds, beautifully balanced across the composition. The white corner spandrels create a luminous contrast, each filled with intricate motifs in coordinating hues of blue, green, and red.  The navy blue main border is elegantly framed with stylized botanical and tribal forms in accents of green, pink, yellow, and sky blue—an exquisite detail that reflects both the region's design language and the weaver's artistry.
