3’ x 11’ 9” This American Amish Rag Runner is in stripe design and has a very modern design format and can be incorporated into any modern interior design project. This Amish Rag Runner has a striped pattern in gray, denim blue, navy blue, pink, yellow, red, and purple colors. The Amish community in Pennsylvania wove these runners mainly for their own use using the material that they had on hand. It is a beautiful example of an upcycling and reuse of material that has utilitarian functions but is also a representation of the art and culture that is woven into it.
