On the back there is a branded mark Stickley and also a metal Stickley label. It also has a stamp mark with the number 89-645 and a date Aug 3, 2000 with finish #37. Two of the three shelves are adjustable, the middle shelf is built in. The five leveling feet are missing from the bottom. There is no key. See less
