This Nautilus painting is an original watercolor painting by Scottish born artist, Valerie Wall painted in the mid 2000's. The painting depicts a detailed illustration of a nautilus shell, characterized by its spiral structure and striped pattern. The artwork is encased in a rich medium brown wooden that showcases the natural grain and texture of the material and enhancing the overall tones of the artwork.
Valerie's long career began when she studied fashion history at the Glasgow Royal Academy and went on to run her own haute couture, and wedding dress business in London for fifteen years. Leaving the fashion world behind, Valerie returned to her passion for art creating modern seascapes, and botanical & marine life drawings and paintings.
