Stylish vintage diamond crescent moon and star sapphire ring crafted in 14 karat yellow gold (circa 1970s).
5 diamonds total an estimated 0.10 carats (estimated at H-I color and SI1-I1 clarity). The star sapphire measures 9mm x 7.5mm. Note: the star sapphire show light surface abrasions (visible under a 10x loupe).
The east to west setting highlights a beautiful celestial motif with a diamond set crescent moon and natural six point star sapphire. With a textured nugget pattern the ring weighs 16.6 grams and has a hefty feel on the finger. The medium rise ring (6mm - 0.23 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in good condition. The ring was lightly cleaned to preserve the patina and collector value.
