The table features a brushed steel base with brass … Read more Here is a stunning Neoclassical side table attributed to Maison Jansen. The table features a brushed steel base with brass details. The table top is round, topped with a glass beveled top that sits inset into the polished brass/gold border. The base is made up of three scroll shaped legs that wonderfully curve at the top and are accentuated with brass rosettes on each side. I particularly love the feet which combine a hoof and acanthus leaf detail. At the bottom center, the legs join in a triangular shape with a polished brass/gold pineapple finial. Every detail is just lovely and elegant! Please note that I have two of these, but they are listed as individual pieces to give you more flexibility in decorating. I am happy to work with you if you are interested in the pair. They are perfect as entry, center, or side tables and could be used to hold a nice amount or weight, as they are sturdy and well made. No maker's mark.
