This design of the lamp is mentioned in the catalog of 1967, but only with aluminum shade. The lamp is model 755 with a flexhose, polished nickel and a green metal shade on a rectangular heavy base with push button. (short electric wire). The measurement is approx. 48.5 cm high, 30 cm wide and the shade is 17 cm diagonal. The weight is 1310 grams hala (hala nederlandse lampenfabriek n.v) in zeist was founded by herman theodoor jan anthoin busquet in 1932 and was one of the better lighting stores in the netherlands. Hala started as an importer of german lamps from the hannoversche lampenfabrik. That is also where the name hala comes from. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
