Add an English touch to your dining room table with this rare butter lid in the classic fleur de lis pattern. This beautiful vintage earthenware piece was made by Copeland Spode in the 1940s. Spode blue has been in production for over 200 years and is still produced the same way, by hand and is still highly desirable.
In very good vintage condition with normal wear in some areas and light crazing from age and use. Light blemish on top as shown that does not detract from its charm. Some light discoloration on the underside as shown but free of chips and cracks. The surface has nice details and bold color. This lovely piece is from a large collection of English China. Combined shipping available when ordering more than one piece.
