A set of four rare spindle back chairs in the most beautiful strawberry red lacquer. The chairs have a fine and elegant farmhouse shape, with a high spindle back and turned finials. These chairs are designed and made to a high quality in what I think is a cherry wood which is finished with a semi transparent strawberry red lacquer. The seats retain the original warm coloured rush in very good condition.
Good condition for their age, with some age marks to the surface of the red lacquer throughout. see pics.
