Minimal signs of wear consistent of its age and use. No specific details to report. Good Condition. As far as I know the shade is original but I see that a lot of these lamps for sale have restored or reconstructed shades. It’s very hard to capture the makers marks as it’s on the lighting component inside the shade and difficult to access but you can make out the Modeline through the blurry photo. The large shade measures 31 1/2" tall, 11" diameter at the top, and 4 1/2" at the bottom. The sculpted three-prong walnut base frame is 51" tall. The walnut base is 11" in diameter with a 6 1/2" diameter brass accent. There are two bulbs attached to the interior framework that can be used singularly or in unison. The on/off switch extends through the shade.
