The desk appears to be a 20th-century American revival of the Louis XVI bureau plat, made by R-Way of Sheboygan, WI, which frequently produced French-inspired furniture styles for the U.S. market.
It’s beautiful and will make a nice office piece.
*the back is finished, but missing two knobs. Pictured in the last three pictures.
