A wonderful stoneware pottery model of a Monkey designed by Knud Khyn for Royal Copenhagen.
Knud Khyn (1880-1969) was a Danish sculptor and painter. He was an important, long-term collaborator with Royal Copenhagen, designing some of the factory's best work in the mid-20th century.
The base bears a blue underglaze factory mark, model no. 20133, and an incised KK mark.
