An antique Chinese two-panel mirror. Construction details include intricately carved and polychromed wood panels on either side of a beveled centerpiece mirror. The panels depict various figures, horses, architecture, etc. The age is estimated to be ca. 1900. Please note construction details in photographs. The mirror is 45.5" x 20.5" x 1".
Very good antique condition with wear that as would be expected with age. All of the carved details are intact. There is typical fading to all of the gilded and color elements. The beveled mirror is generally in good condition with a few minor spots scratches. Mirrors are always difficult to photograph. Please assume the mirror to be less than perfect. Please examine all photos closely.
