It is in excellent original condition. The frame is in fine condition with minor, subtle signs of age. When I purchased this nearly 20 years ago in the Gloucester, MA area I was told the artist’s first name was John and that it was painted from a local scene. The signature, style, and similarities to works by the artist online seem to support this information I was given. Sight measures 16” x 19 1/2”, frame measures 24” x 28” x 1-1/4”. See less
