After a first edition in 3d printing, galerie 54 dunkerque gave a new dimension to the bibendum figurine by pablo dalas by transposing it into bronze, an approach motivated by a quest for excellence and sustainability. This exceptional piece pays homage to the french tradition of lost wax casting and is made without any post-cast welding, reinforcing the integrity and purity of the bronze.
entirely made in france, each sculpture demonstrates high-level craftsmanship. From the original sketch by pablo dalas, to the 3d modeling carried out by laurent allard, to the bronze casting by an expert foundry, each stage of production was executed with rare attention to detail.
edition details
patina: polished bronze
signatures and numbering: signed under the left foot pablo dalas and numbered 1/8 under the right foot by engraving. Only 8 prints.
patina technique: natural oxidation, without added paint
packaging: light birch box with sliding lid and laser engravings, highlighting the exclusivity of each copy
