A very rare and exclusive set 'prince of wales' bedside, table or desk lamps from the prince de galles hotel in paris. Originating from the 1920/30’s. The lamps are part of a collection of 26 pieces that were designed exclusively for the prince de galles hotel in paris.
art nouveau style tulip shaped frame of brass with a beautiful multi-colored glass shade with an eye-cathing wavy rim.
a prestigious lamp for a renown hotel that welcomed guests like churchill, marlène dietrich, dalida, elvis presley and many others….
one of the lamps has a round solid brass press papier or ashtray cover/lit resting on its foot. The other one doesn't have it anymore.
size: depends on how you position the lamp, but in case upright:
