Footed base, tapered shape with curved shoulders and a center divider with carrying handle. No maker's marks, circa 1940-50 and likely Made in USA. Very sturdy quality construction. Very minor signs of wear due to age and use. Great for home office organization or flanking your favorite reading chair.
