Pair of James Philip co side tables in original finish.
Draped in their beautiful original mahogany veneer. These tables offer an interesting yet clean classic mid century modern silhouette. A multi tiered table with a .5” coke bottle glass top offering a place for books and magazines under. A cubby hole in the back offered other storage making these tables extremely useful as well.
Brass spacers and brass capped feet on their slanted legs.
Brass was kept unpolished to show their age but would clean right up with ease.
Mild refinishing was done to these tables to address some small instances of veneer chipping. Any loose pieces were glued in and missing pieces filled and color matched.
The original finish was so good that we wanted to keep their vintage allure. But as with all vintage they have lived a long life and show some appropriate and tasteful signs of age. Structurally sound and ready to last another 75 years.
