Good quality pair of Gustavian-influenced chests of drawers.

Rectangular tops with canted corners and moulded edging. Each chest is fitted with three drawers, the top drawer featuring channeled detailing across the front. All fitted with later ring handles and shield-shaped escutcheon plates. Working locks and a single key.

Later light blue paint has since worn, taking on a desirable faded appearance. Each stands on four tapered legs.

These chests would work well in multiple rooms around the house, such as the bedroom or hallway.

Minor surface marks, expected losses, and rubbing to paintwork. See less
