Rare large mercury pendant light with etched and clear tiered bottom. This type of light is specifically made for use in public buildings and shops. The lightbulb can be reached by undoing the brass bottom piece. The mercury glass reflects the light bundle downwards, the etched and clear glass directs the light down and sidewards.
