Together with a special vase in clear glass contained in a white metal support, that can be lacquered in a requested color, this scalloped flower, in a mottled textured honeycomb glass in a periwinkle purple blue color with moonlight reflections, forms a table lamp that lights up magically when the two elements, flower and vase, come into contact. Diameter of vase base: 6.25".
Like Wonderland’s flowers, these creations give us an adventure similar to Alice's, and like those we encounter in real life, they take on a magical, symbolic, and profound emotional value. They intertwine with our experiences, becoming messengers of hidden worlds and a mirror of who we are.
Alessandra Baldereschi is a celebrated Italian designer known for her whimsical yet functional creations. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Domus Academy, she obtained a residency studio in Japan where she develops ceramic tableware designs. Upon returning to Italy, she begins to collaborate with companies such as Swatch Bijoux, Fabbian Illuminazione, Moss NY, Dilmos Gallery, De Castelli, Seletti, Mogg, Ichendorf, and other brands, developing a range of products from furniture to fashion accessories and decorative objects. Each of her projects is distinguished by her versatility and talent in infusing everyday items with a touch of whimsy and serene elegance. Throughout her career, Alessandra Baldereschi has received numerous accolades, including an honorable mention at the Compasso D’Oro ADI.
Currently based in Milan, Alessandra’s Studio works for several brands in the design industry. See less
