The lid has an embossed pattern circling … Read more 4 1/2" round early 20th century glass powder jar with sterling silver lid. The lid has an embossed pattern circling the edge and the glass jar is paneled in an octagon shape. The inside of the lid is gold washed and has an engine turned pattern. The bottom of the jar is impressed with a sunburst pattern. There is a small ding near the center of the lid and a small dent on the inside of the lid. The glass jar has no chips or cracks. There is no maker's mark but the lid is stamped Sterling. See less
