This extraordinary piece of furniture is a masterpiece combining rare woods – the exterior is veneered with thuja, while the interior features mahogany. The secretary has been expertly restored, preserving its original elegance and luxurious character. It is an iconic example of the high craftsmanship of the interwar era, ideal for discerning collectors.

The clock shown in the photographs was designed as an accessory to the secretary but is not included in this offer. It is available for purchase separately.

Designed by Jindrich Halabala, a renowned designer credited with ushering in the mass market production of furniture in his native Czechoslovakia.

Made by UP Zavody, a well-known Czechoslovakian furniture manufacturer and dealer based in Brno.

It has been re-polished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional refurbishing team in Czechia according to the original process. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
