designer guido faleschini (1924-) was an italian-swiss designer and architect. A graduate in architecture in milan and later at the athenaeum de lausanne, he taught architectural composition from 1970 to 1974. Since 1960 he has collaborated with furniture companies in brianza, including i4 mariani and pace collection. He is famous for the 'tucroma' series (1969), characterized by leather and chromed metal, with pieces exhibited in museums such as moma in new york. In addition to design, he devoted himself to painting, winning various awards between 1950 and 1968.
