Starting on the bottom it sits on a very … Read more For you consideration is the magnificent Chinese red chinoiserie Chippendale cupboard. Starting on the bottom it sits on a very geometric square base that rises to a set of double doors and double drawers. Each door depicts a different scene and the original lock mechanism. From there the two drawers are simple and have bail pulls on them. Rising to the top the glass breakfront is gorgeous. Each door is trimmed with hand painted floral designs. The top also has a great lighting system that does work and was probably added in the midcentury. See less
