My favorite part about the piece is that at the tip it features a dragons face and throughout its body has Spanish style scrolling and flower details. It was originally used to hold a gothic style lantern over the front of the main entry door. There are two pieces that come out from the sides to add extra support to the building and are drilled to screw into the wall. This piece was originally a dark color iron And overtime has been painted brown probably to match the color of the building. This piece would definitely be worth restoring and worth every penny. I believe it would look amazing sandblasted and re-done with black. See less

But it could be bent back into shape to function again. Also the main bracket that attaches to the wall has been bent and will need to be fixed in order to function properly. Other than that there may be some rusting spots and weathering here and there but only that which is consistent with age. less
