Exteriors hand scored with slanting lines, a prehistoric design believed to symbolize the life-giving rain that brings a bountiful harvest. This design reflects the ancient reverence for the natural world and the cyclical rhythms of life. Bowl weighs a substantial 9 lb in remarkable original condition.
