Made by Royal Leerdam for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, this lovely rectangular crystal amber decanter, CW 13, is a REPRODUCTION of an antique once owned by a colonial resident of Williamsburg. The antique was copied for production by Royal Leerdam and holds 1-1/3 quarts of spirits. It has off hand blown by the artisans of Royal Leerdam in Holland. (Yes, Blenko made these decanters in the 1960s, but Royal Leerdam took over production in the early 1970s.) This decanter was made in the 1970s-1980s.
There are a few small air bubbles (created during production) in the decanter (please see photos). No chips, cracks or flea bites.
The decanter, including the glass stopper, is approximately 11-1/4” tall and approximately 4-3/4” square.
