This ceramic pitcher is a work of the Cloutier brothers, famous French ceramists of the 20th century. It features a beautiful glaze in shades of deep blue with slightly iridescent highlights, bringing a vibrant dimension to the piece. Its shape is both simple and functional, with a thick handle and a discreet pouring spout, characteristics of the work of the Cloutiers who often combined rusticity and modernity in their creations.
The inside of the pitcher is covered in a light glaze with pinkish and grayish undertones, creating an interesting contrast to the more intense exterior. The base reveals the engraved inscription "Cloutier France", a signature attesting to its authenticity. This piece has an attribution mark,
