Rare and original table lamp mod. Monachella designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni for the Azucena Company. The structure of the lamp is chrome-plated metal, black painted metal and cast iron base. The design of the lamp is inspired by the nuns' headgear, a reminder of serenity and duty performed with calm and dedication. The shape of the lampshade, angled slightly downwards, reflects this monastic iconography, evoking a sense of tranquillity and introspection. Caccia Dominioni's rationalism manifests itself in a perfect balance of functionality and symbolism, combining form and light with great elegance.
