Captivating abstract acrylic on board painting by Marguerite Saegesser (Swiss 1923-2011) mounted in an ebonized wood frame. Signed on verso in pencil. Displays vibrant colors and energy. Saegesser was a long time resident of Palo Alto, CA. She was also a sculpturer, musician, dancer and poet. During her career she worked in Rome, Paris, London and New York.
