The simple yet sensual sleek solid Walnut form is highly reminiscent of the sculptural creations by fellow craftsman Phillip Lloyd Powell during the same era. Manufactures label still fully intact on socket housing. Detailed with the original Brass hardware and matching finial with a contemporary natural burlap shade to mimic the original creating a distinquished visual statement that compliments the sculptural essence of the base beautifully. This stunning substantial lamp is in outstanding original condition, completely intact and fully functional. The beautiful richly grained Walnut shows just minor signs of wear and age with no damage or repair issues aside from some small superficial surface dings and marks. Original wiring and 3 way socket has been inspected and appears to be clean, safe and operational. The natural burlap shade is a contemporary replacement and an essentially perfect compliment to the elegant sculptural form base...the actual shade delivered may vary in fabric and minor details ever so slightly due to suppliers availability.
