Built heavy duty and comprised of Nickel plated and/or silver enameled metal with beveled mirrors and thick frosted slag Milk glass diffusers all extremely well engineered and manufactured. Adjustable via its' attached beveled mirror assembly which is securely hinged to the streamline frosted Milk glass light diffuser for adjusting fore and aft. Manufactures marking "LAPEER" clearly molded into the bottom edge of the glass diffuser with further inscriptions on the glass interior surface of "US PATENT - 1667545 APRIL 24, 1926". See less

Just minimal signs of … moreThese rare illuminating optical vanity lamps are in exceptional original condition, completely intact and fully functional. Just minimal signs of tarnish wear to the Nickel plating/Silver enamel finishes with no abuse or repair, both mirrors are sparkling and practically blemish free with just a few tiny faint surface marks and silver spots here and there. The Milky slag glass diffuser bowls are equally as brilliant and blemish free aside from one small edge chip on one of the backsides bottom edge that you would not even notice unless I were to identify it. The original complete porcelain pull chain sockets have been inspected and appear safe and functional, the power cords appear to be recent replacements with appliance grade insulated wire and have tested to be completely safe & functional. less
