Formia Murano Birds Nest Centerpiece bowl, Vetri di Murano, Italy
Fantastic clear glass birds' nest with a smooth interior. Heavy piece (over seven pounds) with layers of pulled glass creating a highly textured nest.
There are three perches, with small mwletal inserts, where glass birds would have stood. We do not have the birds. This is an opportunity for someone who lost their bowl to complete their set.
Label reads "FORMIA", "VETRI DI MURANO", "ITALY"
Diameter is about 8.5" and stands about 5" tall.
The condition is good with light scratches on base of nest. The pulled glass that wraps the bowl and creates the nest is organically irregular. The glass birds, that would have stood on the three perches, are not available with this listing.
